Instructions

  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped onions, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, parsley, and egg.
