Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chili honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumb the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining phyllo and feta mixture.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
