Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add the peach halves cut side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve the steaks topped with caramelized peaches and garnish with fresh thyme.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe but firm peaches.
- Adjust cooking time based on desired steak doneness.
- Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
