Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the pancake mix, baking powder, and salt to the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
