A delicious and easy-to-make Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a garlic twist, perfect for any dinner.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- Place the flour in a third dish.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
