Description

A delicious and tangy dessert made with passionfruit and lemon, combined with sweetened condensed milk for a creamy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (395g) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of passionfruit pulp
  • 1/4 cup of icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, lemon juice, passionfruit pulp, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a stronger passionfruit flavor, add more pulp.
  • Can be topped with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
