- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread diced peaches evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon mixture.
