Description

A delightful salad combining peppery arugula, sweet pears, creamy Gorgonzola, and crunchy candied pecans, drizzled with a maple-infused balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • 5 oz arugula or baby spinach
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the arugula or baby spinach with the thinly sliced pears and dried cranberries in a large mixing bowl.
