Description

Delicious no-bake pecan pie balls that are easy to make and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the pecans, dates, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
