- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and pepper mixture on each triangle and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
