- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- Slider buns
- Optional: sliced jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the BBQ pineapple sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun and adding optional jalapeños if desired.
