- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top of the cake.
