- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a round cake pan, melt the butter and mix with brown sugar.
- Arrange pineapple slices over the butter and sugar mixture.
- In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the pineapple slices in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
