Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Spicy mayo (1/2 cup mayo mixed with sriracha)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the pork patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
