- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup pickled carrots and daikon
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Spicy mayo (1/2 cup mayo mixed with sriracha)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and form into patties.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the pork patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the pork patty on the bun, topping with pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, cilantro, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
