Description

Protein Brownie Bites are a delicious and guilt-free treat packed with protein, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without compromising your health goals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine black beans, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before removing from the tin.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • These bites can be frozen for longer storage.
