Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of pumpkin mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped topping.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
