Ingredients

- 1 cup kale, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped kale and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with salt and pepper.
- Spread pumpkin mixture on one slice of bread.
- Add sautéed kale and shredded cheese on top of the pumpkin.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
