Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- In serving glasses, layer the pumpkin mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream, and then a layer of crushed graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream.
- Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
