Description

A quick and delicious chicken ramen stir fry recipe that is perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce, mixing well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
  • This dish can be made in under 30 minutes.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
