Ingredients

  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together root beer, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use vanilla extract in the batter.
