- 1/2 cup cold butter (for crust)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the crust by mixing 1 cup of all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and cold butter until coarse crumbs form. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Mix the filling by combining chopped rhubarb with sugar and flour.
- Incorporate the whisked eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter into the rhubarb mixture.
- Combine everything by pouring the rhubarb mixture over the prepared crust and spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the custard is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
