Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the insides of the squash halves with olive oil.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt inside each half.
- Place the squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
