Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
