Ingredients

  3. Stuff each pocket with roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese, pressing gently.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish, ensuring they’re not touching.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
