- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 4 slices Artisan Bread
- Pinch of flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the strawberries with honey or maple syrup and salt, then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the strawberries for about 20–25 minutes, until caramelized.
- Whip the ricotta in a bowl using a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the toast: Spread whipped ricotta on each toast, top with roasted strawberries and drizzle with additional honey.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt before serving.
