A delicious and aromatic pull-apart bread infused with rosemary and garlic, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Dip each piece of dough into the garlic butter mixture and layer them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
