  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl.
  7. Dip each piece of dough into the garlic butter mixture and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
