Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Add the sliced summer squash to the skillet and stir well.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
- Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
