Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium summer squashes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Add the sliced summer squash to the skillet and stir well.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
  6. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
