Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sausage meat, caramelized onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on one end of each rectangle.
