Ingredients

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Add the chopped kale and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
