Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna steak
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to create the spicy mayo.
  3. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the tuna from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with soy sauce and sesame oil.
