Description

A delicious and easy recipe for sheet-pan honey mustard pork chops paired with sweet peaches, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the pork chops.
  5. On a sheet pan, arrange the pork chops and sliced peaches.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the peaches and pork chops.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use bone-in pork chops.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
