- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture over the pork chops.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the pork chops and sliced peaches.
- Drizzle olive oil over the peaches and pork chops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use bone-in pork chops.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with a side of green vegetables for a complete meal.
