- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add asparagus and mushrooms, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
