A refreshing and vibrant dish featuring succulent shrimp, creamy avocado, and a zesty mango salsa, all drizzled with a tangy lime-chili sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  4. Drizzle with additional lime juice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate shrimp in lime juice and chili powder for 15 minutes before cooking.
