- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
