Description

A delicious and savory dish combining shrimp and steak with fried rice, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Push the meat and vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for better texture.
  • Feel free to substitute with your favorite vegetables.
