These Simple and Delicious Chocolate Chip Pancake Donuts are a delightful twist on traditional pancakes, combining the fluffy texture of pancakes with the fun shape of donuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
