Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Remove beef and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in sour cream and return the beef to the skillet.
  7. Add cooked tortellini and mix well to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
