- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in sour cream and return the beef to the skillet.
- Add cooked tortellini and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
