Description

Tender chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 23 lbs Chicken Wings (flats and drums)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • Chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wings by placing them inside your slow cooker. Pat them dry if time allows for better crisping.
  2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sriracha in a measuring cup.
  3. Pour the honey garlic glaze evenly over the wings.
  4. Set the slow cooker to LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  5. Add the cooked wings to a lined baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes for a crispy finish.
  6. Thicken the sauce by whisking in the cornstarch slurry while broiling, letting it thicken.
  7. Mix the wings back in the sticky sauce and serve over rice with veggies, garnished with chives.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate wings overnight in the sauce before cooking. Can also be baked or air-fried.
