- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer smoked Gouda, pear slices, and spinach.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
