Description

A delightful smoked salmon sandwich layered with cream cheese, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs, perfect for brunch or lunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 1 Baguette (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Capers (optional)
  • Lemon Juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer smoked salmon generously atop the cream cheese.
  3. Add slices of cucumber, tomato, and red onion atop the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle fresh dill and capers on top.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Top with another slice of bread or serve open-faced.
  7. Cut in half and enjoy!

Notes

Make the sandwich just before serving for optimal freshness. You can also toast it for a warm version.
