A delightful smoked salmon sandwich layered with cream cheese, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs, perfect for brunch or lunch.
Ingredients

- 4 oz Smoked Salmon
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 Baguette (sliced)
- 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Capers (optional)
- Lemon Juice (to taste)
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer smoked salmon generously atop the cream cheese.
- Add slices of cucumber, tomato, and red onion atop the salmon.
- Sprinkle fresh dill and capers on top.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Top with another slice of bread or serve open-faced.
- Cut in half and enjoy!

Make the sandwich just before serving for optimal freshness. You can also toast it for a warm version.
