Description

S’mores Lasagna is a delightful dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a layered lasagna format, making it a fun and indulgent treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of marshmallows on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  • For an extra touch, toast the marshmallows on top before serving.
