- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and grilled chicken on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce and wrap tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños to the wrap.
