Ingredients

- 1 cold light Mexican beer (12 oz)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes hot sauce (like Tabasco)
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
- Celery salt (for rimming the glass)
Instructions
- Rim the glass with lime juice and dip it into celery salt to coat the rim.
- In a shaker, combine lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well to mix the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Slowly pour the cold beer into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the other ingredients.
- Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute beer with a non-alcoholic beer.
