Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together peach preserves, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the peach glaze mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Brush additional glaze on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
