A delicious and healthy recipe for Spinach and Feta Turkey Meatballs served with a refreshing Tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
