Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb asparagus
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- Prep the Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. - Prepare the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Sauté the Asparagus: Add asparagus to the skillet after shrimp are cooked and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Plate the Meal: Slice the steak and serve it with loaded mashed potatoes, sautéed shrimp, and asparagus. Garnish with fresh herbs.
