- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the steaks and place them on the grill or skillet.
- Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the bourbon and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce.
- Add the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the steaks topped with the bourbon garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
