Description

A delicious steak recipe topped with a rich and flavorful haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the steaks and place them on the grill or skillet.
  4. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest.
  6. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the bourbon and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce.
  8. Add the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  9. Serve the steaks topped with the bourbon garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
