Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Meatballs are a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the savory taste of garlic, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
