  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Spread strawberry jam on top while warm and serve.
