Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed strawberries and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
  6. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in melted white chocolate chips until combined.
  7. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Chill the cake pops in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Dip the chilled cake pops into melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
  10. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
