- 1 cup of crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries and lemon juice.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in melted white chocolate chips until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake pops in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Dip the chilled cake pops into melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add lemon zest to the cake mixture.
- Store cake pops in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
